Renate Egan

With a career spanning 25 years, Renate Egan’s work in solar energy has taken in not-for-profits, education and industry. In 2012 Egan co-founded Solar Analytics, which has rapidly became Australia’s largest independent solar monitoring company. In addition to her work at the intersection of software technology and solar energy, Egan is also the Chair of the Australian PV Institute and works at the University of New South Wales, leading the UNSW activity in the Australian Centre for Advanced Photovoltaics.
